La Habra, Calif.— Mar 15, 2007— Legendary Hot Rod builder Boyd Coddington, host of TLC’s hit TV show AMERICAN HOT ROD, announces three Boyd Coddington Collector Car Auctions scheduled for 2007:

1. June 1st and 2nd in Springfield, MO at the Missouri Entertainment and Events Center
2. August 11th and 12th in Pomona, CA at the Los Angeles Fair Grounds
3. November 2nd and 3rd in Springfield, MO at the Missouri Entertainment and Events Center

Every Boyd Coddington Collector Car Auction will consign a select 300 cars of all types, including hot rods, customs, muscle cars, race cars, antique cars and exotics.

The first auction will be held in Springfield, Missouri on June 1st and 2nd at the Missouri Entertainment and Events Center. “The Springfield market was an excellent choice last year in launching our collector car auctions.

From the hospitality of the City of Springfield to the excellent consignments received and the overall feeling we had for the market, made it a natural choice to continue our relationship with the city. We sold over $2 million dollars worth of collector cars in our inaugural event and we feel that we can build on this result in the future,” Coddington said. A second auction in Springfield will be held on November 2nd and 3rd.

Pomona, California is the host of the second Boyd Coddington Collector Car Auctions, to be held at the LA County Fairgrounds on August 11th and 12th. “Southern California is my home, and I felt very strongly that we should have an auction in this market,” said Coddington.

An exclusive invitation-only gala event kicks off all three Boyd Coddington Collector Car Auctions in 2007. Expect excellent food & beverage, entertainment and a charity auction. “At the gala held in Springfield in 2006, over $70,000 was raised to benefit the ‘Arc of the Ozarks’, a local charity,” said Event Coordinator Stewart Howden. Howden added, “This year we will have the Gatlin Brothers perform at our Springfield gala and it promises to be a very exciting event.” Please visit www.boydsauction.com for more information about attending a gala event.

All collector car auctions are open to the public and ticket prices are $10 per person. There will be numerous vendors, food courts and showroom cars that will be for sale.
