The 10th Annual No Frills Iron Bottom Motoring Tour starts off from the Rose Bowl in Pasadena on April 10 and ends there on April 12. Driver’s meet at 7:15 AM. This free thousand-mile journey is open to pre-1976 vehicles and proudly promotes the “no frills” element, as participants are responsible for their own rooms, dining arrangements, and of course, vehicle. For $20 per person a catered breakfast at Mission San Antonio de Padua will be provided on the last morning. The normal lunch stop on Day 1, Ollie’s in Taft on 33, is no longer open and has been moved about 80 miles further to Jack Ranch cafe at route 46 and Cholame road. Participants who planned to join in Taft should adjust their plans accordingly. Everyone is advised to top off fuel in Taft. For more information email [email protected]
