FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – “Gentlemen and ladies, start your engines.” These exciting words will be heard by 500 Corvette enthusiasts from across America the morning of June 9th. One-by-one, nose-to-nose, in every color of the rainbow, America’s greatest sports car will cruise to breath-taking Grand Canyon National Park. After a grand day at the canyon, the road tour will wind back to Flagstaff, ending at the Arizona Snowbowl with an unforgettable view from the 12,000 foot San Francisco Peaks.

On Saturday, June 9th from 10am – 2:30pm, the Corvettes will be showcased on historical Route 66 in Williams, Arizona. On October 13, 1984, Williams became the last Route 66 town in America to be bypassed. Spectators are invited to view 54 years of gorgeous automobile Corvette history in this all American treasure.

“We are thrilled to take our show & shine to Williams and Route 66,” said developer and event coordinator Dwayne Bublitz. “Williams has preserved its Route 66 heritage and offers a perfect backdrop for this growing event. Corvettes, Grand Canyon and Route 66 – that’s what I call an American celebration.”
