An ultra-rare 1968 Ferrari 274 GTS/4 NART Spyder will cross the block at RM Sotheby’s Monaco Auction on May 14, 2016.

This Ferrari is one of 10 built, and it is a very valuable car. According to SCM’s Platinum Database, the most recent sale of a Ferrari 275 GTB/4 NART Spyder happened at RM Auctions’ Monterey Auction on August 17, 2013, when Chassis 10709 sold for $27.5 million.

This car is Ferrari Classiche certified and is a matching-numbers car.

RM Sotheby’s auction happens during the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique weekend, and more than 100 collector cars will cross the block.

“It is a privilege to present this NART Spider, not only because of its importance and rarity, but also because its offering at auction is such an extraordinary event. Ownership of a NART Spider represents membership in a club of only nine other enthusiasts around the world,” said Rob Myers, Chairman and CEO, RM Sotheby’s. “If a Ferrari is the choice of car connoisseurs, then the NART Spider is the choice of Ferrari connoisseurs.” Read More.
