The Leake Auction Company sold 470 of 651 lots for a $8.4 million total at their June 10-12 auction in Tulsa, OK.
A 2006 Ford GT sold at $291,000, while a 1961 Mercedes-Benz 190SL brought $88,000. A 1959 Porsche 356A made $181,500, and a 2016 Dodge Hellcat sold for $78,100.
“Each year our Tulsa auction continues to exceed our expectations,” said Richard Sevenoaks, president of Leake Auction Company. “The River Spirit Expo provides 446,000 square feet of space for us to display some of the most beautiful and sought-after collector cars. We have a new online bidding platform provided by IronPlanet. There were 172 people actively bidding online from across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
