PAYMENT OF BACK TAXES PUTS END TO AUCTION OF RARE P4 FERRARI

ORLANDO, Fla. (March 11, 2005) Attorney Mark Horwitz has announced that his client Walter Medlin has paid all back taxes owed to the
Internal Revenue Service, thereby nullifying the IRS’ plan to auction Medlin’s rare
1967 Ferrari P4 to satisfy the tax lien.
The remaining balance of the total $2,921,293 taxes and interest owed was paid in Orlando on Wednesday, March 9. This payment satisfied all
