The Columbia River Concours d’Elegance & Car Show will be held at historic Officer’s Row at Vancouver Barracks in Vancouver, Washington. There’s a website with lots more info, but we’d like to emphasize a few important points:

It is free to enter your special pre-1975 car. The cars are the main attraction, and there’s no charge to enter yours.

The setting is magnificent and historic, and it is also near the Pearson Air Museum. Entered cars park on the lawn of one of the houses of “Officers’ Row” – it is a simply marvelous setting.

You may enter your car for display only, no judging. Maybe you’ve got a great car that just isn’t quite ready for judging, or maybe you’ve already got all the trophies you need, or maybe car judging just isn’t your thing. That’s all right. You have the option to register your special pre-1975 car and display it for everyone’s enjoyment without having it judged.

Note also that there is a tour the day before. We’ll meet near the Pearson Air Museum and travel via some wonderful Clark County byways to the Bethany Vineyard & Winery for a wonderful light lunch, then return to the aviation museum where we’ll have photo ops of your car with one of the museum’s vintage airplanes. The total distance is about 80-85 easy miles. Check here to register (space is limited, so please don’t delay.)

We hope to welcome you and your special car to this terrific event with a terrific variety of great cars in a marvelous setting on Sunday, August 5 and possibly also in the tour the day before the show.

Please visit the website for additional details and registration information.
