The Vicari Auction Company will offer more than 400 classic and muscle cars up for sale during their 16th annual Biloxi Auction, Oct. 12-13, 2012, at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center in Biloxi, Miss.

A range of collectible automobiles will cross the auction block, giving enthusiasts a variety of vehicles to suit their tastes. Among the cars Vicari will auction is a rare, numbers matching M Code 1969 Corvette, which features a prototype M coded engine block built by General Motors. There are 12 total known M coded Corvettes, and this vehicle is one of only two known produced in 1969. This M39 coded Corvette has a 350 HP small block engine, power windows, power brakes, A/C and a tilt telescope steering wheel.

“Our Biloxi event attracts a lot of muscle cars and restomods ranging from the $10,000 price tag to sales exceeding six figures,” said President Pete Vicari. “In addition to cars, collectible automotive memorabilia will be available for sale at the all-indoor event.”

The Biloxi Auction will take place during Cruisin’ The Coast, a large festival to celebrate antique, classic and hot rod vehicles that take places Oct. 7-14, 2012 on a 30-mile stretch of beachside highway with stops in Bay St. Louis, Biloxi, D’Iberville, Gulfport and Ocean Springs. Cruisin’ The Coast grew to more than 5,400 registered vehicles in 2011, with car enthusiasts from 39 states and Canada. Each stop features live bands, food vendors and event merchandise.
