  1. Besides the vintage appeal, marque and color an overhead shot emphasizes a dimension in overall design that is generally absent.

  2. We have just finished the best February in Porsche, BMW and M-B service ever in the 46 years we have been open in Ft. Worth Texas. Lots of inquirers for older Porsche’s.

  3. Let’s hope they get great weather at Amelia this year. The one year I went (2003 I think) it rained and all the cars had to be shown in the Ritz garage, not exactly ritzy.

  4. I subscribe to probably 20 magazines of various types. SCM is by far my favorite magazine. I look forward to each issue.
    thank you

  5. I think with interest rate going up this year some of the buyers will cash out and put more money in the stock market or banks.
Other countries are having problems such as England , Japan and France. They were big buyers when the euro had more value here. I still love cars and I see prices for the best of the best holding. Many car owners are selling off { cashing out {collections due to age and the next generation liking different cars.

  6. I view most sports cars as possessing the mathematical equivalent of perfection…1.618

  7. The World has Shifted. A Mazda as a Cover Queen!
Great you even considered it. 🙂
Thanks from us JDM sports car lovers…

  8. The Alfa cover is a dramatic overhead shot (not to mention a historically significant car), while the two others are oddly cropped.

  9. Stunning image of a fantastic classic Alfa Tipo B P3 – driven by Tazio Nuvolari and other all-time greats. Brilliant cover.

  10. Suggest SCM cover photo(s) feature more affordable cars most of your readers can afford, like cars valued under $100K. Nice to see the others but let’s face it, most can’t relate. SCM is not the Robb Report.

  11. SCMers will become trendsetters when Donald Trump wins the presidency and Bob Dylan wins a Nobel Prize.

  12. A few years ago a group of 1930’s Alfa owners came to Santa Fe. It was exhilarating seeing them in various places over the long weekend. That meant more to me than attending the Santa Fe Concorso.
