Comfortable seating both front and rear, world-class nav system that should have every Mercedes and BMW software engineer crying in their warm German beer, clever trunk under bed.
Ugliest face since the Aztec, 255-hp V6 feels anemic, 5-speed auto shifts sluggishly, can’t get to clever trunk or spare when bed is loaded (how clever is that?), very pricey.
Given that this was Honda’s first foray into the truck world, and that they were starting out with a four-door cab and lots of cool goodies, I declared this to be one of the most significant vehicles unveiled at the 2005 auto show in Detroit. But after a week living with it, I’d rather have a full size GMC pickup for pickup work, and an Accord for the car stuff. This half-this, half-that really doesn’t do anything very well.
