Corvette Racing completed their 11th and final 24 Hours of Le Mans race in the GT1 class on June 14, 2009 at the Circuit de la Sarthe in Le Mans, France. Johnny O’Connell, Antonio Garcia and Jan Magnussen drove the yellow No. 63 Compuware Corvette C6.R for 342 laps straight to victory.

“We congratulate Pratt & Miller on their sixth win at Le Mans,” said Pete Edmonds, FARO Vice President of Sales for the Americas division. “The 24 Hours of Le Mans is the most challenging and prestigious race of the year, testing the drivers’ skills and endurance every bit of the way. It’s very rewarding to know we had a part in their success.”

“The combination of our team’s expertise and FARO’s portable, computerized measuring technologies offers a total design solution, so we have unmatched time and cost efficiencies, accuracy, and performance,” summarized Gary Pratt, Vice President of Pratt & Miller.

As the Corvette Racing team continues to pursue championships and tune their cars to perfection, FARO will remain a strong partner, helping Pratt & Miller with their design projects from initial conception to finished product.
