CARLISLE, PA – Join Carlisle Events Co-Founder Bill Miller and 25+ year employee Diane Vaughn at Spring Carlisle on Saturday, April 30 at 1 p.m. for the annual “Fireside Chat.” If you’ve ever wondered how Carlisle Events got its start in 1974 or what direction the company is headed, this is a must-attend session.

Bill and Diane will address those seated in the grandstand and share stories from the history of Carlisle Events. Additionally, they will cover topics related to vending and food changes, building and land acquisitions and what exactly the future holds, not only for the 2011 events schedule but for years to come.

Miller says, “If there is something you’ve always wanted to ask about past shows or future shows that you attend at Carlisle, please feel free to be part of our Fireside Chats.” Miller continued noting, “The Fireside Chats are held at the grandstand at 1 p.m. each and every Saturday of Spring and Fall Carlisle and they’re also a great way to share your stories with us and to offer ideas that may make your stay here at Carlisle more pleasurable.”

Vaughn states, “this is the first time I will be part of the Fireside Chats and I’m looking forward to the interaction with everyone. I’ve been part of Carlisle for many years and have made so many friends here. We’re all one big family scattered throughout the country and these shows are our family reunions.”
