Now in it’s third year, SURVIVOR Collector Car returns June 27, 2010, to the beautiful fairways of Pheasant Run Resort and Spa in St. Charles, Illinois during the Bloomington Gold® Corvettes USA event. Exceeding all expectations, the judging field of 75 of the world’s best unrestored original cars was filled within five weeks of registration. All vying for the coveted ZZenith® award, these cars display the finger prints of their histories and owners who have cared for them throughout the years.

SURVIVOR Collector Car – America’s only car event devoted exclusively to un-restored original collector cars of all makes and models. By definition these cars are at least 20 years old and in at least 50% of the condition in which they left the factory floor. The most prestigious of all preservation awards, the ZZenith is given to those cars 40 years and older which remain 90% unrestored and in nearly new condition. SURVIVOR Collector Car is the only event of its kind which delivers on-the-spot recognition for outstanding vehicle preservation. This 2010
SURVIVOR Collector Car event will continue to recognize many different grades of un-restored original vehicles with its unique awards program.

“Old cars preserved in new condition,” explains David Burroughs CEO of Bloomington Gold and SURVIVOR Collector Car. “These cars bring back strong memories – it’s about time we appreciated them!” For more than 30 years, Burroughs has recognized the need to reward car owners who strive to preserve their car’s originality.
