Podowski brings great expertise and experience in strategic business development leading the efforts of AAA Auto Club Group for the past eight years. Currently, Podowski serves on the board of directors of the American Automobile Association. According to David Madeira, CEO of the LeMay Museum, “We believe there is great synergy to be developed between America’s Car Museum and AAA in the areas of promotion of tours, rallies and other road events and in the development of safe driving and performance driving schools. Chuck can provide strong leadership in these efforts and we’re delighted to have him as a member of our Board of Directors.”
Podowski has an impressive background of leadership positions with other corporations including Advanta, CIGNA, and JP Morgan Chase. In addition to AAA, he has served on a number of boards including the Detroit Renaissance, Inc. and Henry Ford Health Systems. Podowski currently resides in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
