BOSA has launched an innovative consignment program that allows classic car owners to get fair market value for their cars. Carroll explains: “We are setting up a nationwide dealer rep network in which our reps identify classic cars ‘for sale’ that we consign at our dealership. We average a 90%+ sell-through rate on consigned vehicles. We detail each car, run it through our mechanical shop, give it a professional photo/video shoot and market it on a worldwide stage – our website averages 1.2 million hits each month.”
Being an official BOSA dealer rep is like running a home-based business. Carroll explains: “You set your own hours and appointments. All you need is a digital camera, a computer and an ‘eye’ for cars with the most market value. We offer a 20% commission on consignments for every car brought to us that we sell.”
