Genoa, July 13rd 2007 – The press office of the Unique Cars International Concours, originally to be held in Rome September 21 to September 23, 2007, has announced that the event has been postponed to 2008, due to the sudden decision of Rome City Council to participate in the “European Mobility Week.” This international initiative, scheduled from September 16 to September 22, will forbid the use of cars in the city center.
Concours organizers apologize to car manufacturers, private collectors, and fans, and we are confident that will be understanding of this setback.
The new calendar and any further information will be communicated as soon as possible.
The procedures for enrollment in the “Unique Cars Register” are not affected by these resolutions and can be carried on as usual on the web site at www.uniquecars.org
