Another Successful SCM Rétromobile Reception

More than 60 SCM subscribers, friends and associates turned out for the fourth annual SCM Rétromobile reception on Wednesday February 4. Record Sales at Amelia Island 2015

Preliminary totals from this weekend’s Amelia Island sales are in!

RM Sotheby’s sales totaled $60.4m — a record for Amelia Island Auction Week. High-sale honors went to a 1960 Ferrari 400 Superamerica SWB Cabriolet (pictured), sold at $6.4m. View all the sold prices here.

Sales totaled $26.9m at Gooding & Company. 76 of 85 lots sold (89%), and top honors went to a 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 at $3.3m. View all the sold prices here.

$18.5m 1961 Ferrari 250 GT SWB California Spyder Leads Paris Sales

Three collector car auctions took place this past weekend in Paris. The most expensive lot was a 1961 Ferrari 250 GT SWB California Spyder (pictured above). Artcurial sold the car for a record $18.5m. Artcurial reported an 89% sell-through rate and $52m in total sales. View the Artcurial results here.
