Description
An absolutely fastidiously and sincerely over-the -top restored, both cosmetically and mechanically, and very well presented and great daily driving example of this very rare and striking believed to be original southern California 1959 Studebaker Regal D6 Lark VIII station wagon with the rare and optional factory 259 V8 engine matched to a 3-spd manual transmission. Recently underwent a no-expense-spared and fully comprehensive complete mechanical and cosmetic restoration over the last few years including a fully rebuilt engine, transmission, all new brakes & 4 new Whitewall tires. The floor boards, trunk and all the typical rust-prone areas are restored and historically solid and rust-free.
The car looks extremely impressive with a very striking repaint with the interior also having been fully restored to original factory specifications apart from an aftermarket radio! The dashboard, the headliner, the carpets and all the seats have been fully restored and are in exceptional and virtually flawless condition throughout! Must be seen and driven to be fully appreciated!
