(Tacoma, WA) – The LeMay Museum is proud to announce the Fourth Annual Fabulous Fifties Sock Hop held on November 18, 2006 from 6 pm to11 pm at the Marymount Academy. The night begins at 6 pm with a social hour followed by dinner at 7 pm and dancing at 8 pm. Tickets are $60 for members and $75 for non-members. The night begins at 6 pm with a social hour followed by dinner at 7 pm and dancing at 8 pm. Tickets are $60 for members and $75 for non-members.
Some of the night’s highlights will include dinner catered by the Upper Crust, and entertainment and live music provided by Danny Vernon as the Illusion of Elvis. A silent auction and dessert auction will take place as well. Attendees are encouraged to wear fabulous fifties attire and bring their dancing shoes! Those who attended the event last year called it “the best event in town”.
Tickets sold out quickly last year, so those who are interested are encouraged to purchase tickets as soon as possible.
