Christie’s showcases four top cars from its flagship August 2006 Monterey, California car sale outside Christie’s Rockefeller entrance this Wednesday, July 26 – they will be on public view all day

· The cars include an excruciatingly-beautiful 1928 Mercedes-Benz Typ S, ordered by a wife without her husband knowing – he ended up refusing to pay for it on delivery in 1929 (estimate: $3,000,000-4,000,000)

· A 1952 Ferrari 225 Sport Spyder that raced for the Ferrari team (estimate: $1,200,000-1,500,000)
· A 1967 Ferrari 4-liter (estimate: $300,000-400,000), and a 1972 Lamborghini Miura (estimate: $375,000-425,000)
