Philip Richter

Philip Richter writes the Turtle Garage blog and serves as chairman of the Turtle Invitational in Bedford, NY. He is president of Hollow Brook Wealth Management LLC, a private investment firm based in New York, and is treasurer of the United States Equestrian Team Foundation. Richter has been an SCM contributor since 2016.
