This 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300S Cabriolet is one of the most original unrestored examples in existence and has been under the same family ownership for the last 47 years. In 1974 the car was purchased from Alex Dearborn in completely original condition. In 1986 the car received new lacquer paint in the original color of graphite grey and a new top. The red leather interior, mechanics, and chrome are all original. The interior in particular is beautifully preserved with just the right amount of patina. The car is currently running and driving excellent. This is one of the most honest 300S Cabriolet we’ve come across and it’s certainly the most original to come to market in a very long time.
