RM Sotheby’s and Porsche are gearing up to auction the last 991 Generation Porsche 911 — a one-of-1,948 911 Speedster with just 20 miles on the clock.

According to a RM Sotheby’s press release, the GT Silver Metallic car is fitted with a 4.0-liter, naturally aspirated flat six engine developing 502 horsepower. That horsepower travels through a 6-speed manual gearbox.

This car gets the full-bore Heritage Design package — one that gives customers the choice of their preferred plaque numbers (of the 1,948 available) to be mounted between the seats and from an array of paint, leather and trim finishes.

This specific Speedster is the last of the seventh generation of the 911. Accompanying the car is a letter of authenticity from Porsche confirming the chassis number applied to this car is indeed the last of the 991 generation.

The auction will open for bidding on RM Sotheby’s Online Only platform at 11 a.m. EDT on Wednesday. Bids close at 1 p.m. EDT on  April 22. The 911 Speedster is offered without reserve, selling to the highest bidder.

Potential bidders can find more information on the unique package being offered and the registration process at https://rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/0020.

The winning bidder also gets a special Porsche timepiece and a tour of Porsche AG’s vehicle testing facility and track in Weissach, Germany.

Proceeds from the auction will go to the United Way Worldwide COVID-19 Community Response and Recovery Fund.
