Ultra H2O is a water-based technology formulated to dampen vibration in hard to reach areas. Uses include the inside of outer door skins, behind the door frame, the inside of the quarter panel skin, between roof bows and roof skin and between trunk frame and trunk skin. HushMat Ultra H2O is also designed to seal body panel seams and joints, for sealing sub woofer enclosures, mating surfaces, and for sealing seams on Street and Hot Rods.
HushMat Ultra H2O™ is water-based and comes in two sizes – a caulk tube that fits any standard caulking gun and includes the HushMat EZ squeeze screw on nozzle. This provides a consistent 1″ by 1.5mm bead. This product is also available in a 5-gallon pail, and can be thinned with water and sprayed using compressed air equipment. HushMat Ultra H2O™ cures in 3 hours or less in ambient conditions. It maintains flexibility and can be painted and sanded when cured. Clean up of equipment and nozzles is simple and easy using water prior to cure.
Ultra H20 has no “overspray” problems, and requires no environmental air ventilation. HushMat Ultra H20 outperforms spray materials by over 10x.
